  1. Come visit me. You can get a lot of things down here.

  2. What a great list. I dont know what I would do If I couldnt drive to the beach when I wanted to. I just couldnt imagine. Happy TT and thanks for stopping by:)

  3. I have never heard of tulip trees!

    Thanks for visiting my TT.

  4. Magnolia trees are really amazing. I love your list!

  5. come here and get a lot of those things. Magnolia trees are pretty, but have waxy yukky leaves.

  6. Medieval cites are even better when you live in them. :)

  7. Jen, we just might. We are headed to FL for Christmas.
Lori, I feel the same way about the mountains.
Tommie, I saw tulip trees when we lived in KC
Mel and Jewel, I love Magnolias. And their waxy green leaves is part of what I love. They are evergreen. I didn't know they had them in your area, Julie, I don't remember them in KC.
Anonymous, do you recognize that city? I think it is Transylvania...and you will have all the rest of my list where you are going. Dogwoods are my favorite.

  8. We have Dogwoods, Magnolias, Rhododendrons (state flower), wysteria, (lots of Evergreens and even some Madronas), the Pacific Ocean not too far away plus the Sound, lakes, streams, lots of rivers, lighthouses, fog (just yesterday), and we can buy mangos in the store pretty much year round. Not bad, huh?

I love to hear your thoughts!
